These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.cignevo.com (the "Site") and the Cignevo AI receptionist services (the "Services"). By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

Cignevo provides an AI-powered phone answering and appointment booking service for businesses. Specific features, pricing, and service levels are set out in your service agreement or order confirmation.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide for your AI receptionist, for configuring call forwarding on your own phone service, and for complying with laws applicable to your business — including call-recording notification and telemarketing laws in your jurisdiction. The Services answer inbound calls to your business; you must not use the Services for unsolicited outbound calling in violation of applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to resell the Services without our written consent.

Payment and cancellation

Fees are set out in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, services are billed monthly and you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Services depend on third-party telephony and AI providers, and outages or degradations of those providers may affect the Services.

Disclaimer

The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated conversations may occasionally contain errors; you are responsible for verifying critical information such as appointment details before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cignevo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Intellectual property

The Site, Services, and all related content and technology are owned by Cignevo or its licensors. You retain ownership of your business data, and grant us the licenses needed to provide the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
